Grievance Handling Procedure:

  • Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 24 hours.

  • Resolution: We aim to resolve grievances within 7 business days. If additional time is needed, we will inform you and provide a revised timeline.

If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you can escalate the issue to our Grievance Redressal Officer at grievance.officer@gemopai.com. The officer will review the case and provide a final decision within 7 business days.
