Grievance Handling Procedure:

  • Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 24 hours.
  • Assessment: Our grievance team will assess the issue and may contact you for additional information if required.
  • Resolution: We aim to resolve grievances within 7 business days. If additional time is needed, we will inform you and provide a revised timeline.
  • Feedback: Once the grievance is resolved, we will notify you of the outcome and seek your feedback on the resolution process.



If you are not satisfied with the resolution provided, you can escalate the issue to our Grievance Redressal Officer at grievance.officer@gemopai.com. The officer will review the case and provide a final decision within 7 business days.
